About Us

Peer Coaching was created to bring Players, Coaches, Referees and Soccer Parents together as we work toward development in our specific roles. The site provides short lessons for and by members of each group. We're just getting started, so please work with us to create an impactful learning environment.

Our Instructors

Peer Coaching was started by Brandon Koons, Women's Soccer Coach at Otterbein University and Director of Education for Polaris Soccer Club. In addition to sharing content gathered over 30+ years of coaching, Peer Soccer will include advice from coaches, players, referees and parents from all levels of the game, from all over the country,
